- Your full legal name, date of birth and any former names
- Your current residential address and, if requested, address history for the previous 12 months
- An email address that you can access
- A valid passport, driving licence or ID card for the UK route, subject to secure journey eligibility
- Proof of your current address in English
- A certified English translation if your proof of address is not in English
