Non-UK resident checklist
- Your full legal name, date of birth and any former names
- Your current residential address and, if requested, address history for the previous 12 months
- An email address you can access – Companies House uses it to send your personal code
- A valid passport for the non-UK resident route
- Proof of your current address in English
- A certified English translation where the proof of address is not in English
